What if an item/size is sold out?

We’re already on it! We will replenish stock as soon as possible. If there is a particular size and item you’d like prioritized and re-stocked first, let us know by sending a message on the Contact Us page or emailing help@screenbroidery.com

Can I request an item not in the swag store?

Yes! Feedback is welcome. Please contact us at help@screenbroidery and we will consider your suggestion for future products and collections. 

If you are a Bitly employee, you can submit your feedback and request through this form. 

 

Can I purchase items with a credit card in addition to using promo codes?

Sure! You can purchase items just like you would in any other ecommerce store. Just add items to our cart, check out, apply your promo code (if you have one), and you can pay for the remaining balance through a credit card.
